As an H-E-B Gas Station Attendant, you'll ensure gas dispensers are operating, and collect money for purchased products, while providing superior customer service.

What is the work?
Customer Service / Cash Handling:

• Provides superior customer service
• Observes flow of vehicles as they're being filled with gasoline
• May occasionally assist customers with dispensing gasoline
• Collects cash, check, or charge payment from customers; makes change for cash transactions; keeps an accurate till
• Accurately records purchases in register
• Maintains sanitation of kiosk, dispensers, islands, and all station-related equipment
• Maintains station logs as required

- Complies with H-E-B safety and sanitation standards, and department and Store SOPs
What is your background?

• Completion of Safety training and Company Orientation (upon hire)
• Completion of Fuel Interface POS Certification (classroom / on-site training) (upon hire)
• Completion of ACR Checker certification, AST certification, and Fire Extinguisher certification (upon hire)

• Demonstrate the ability to lift up to 60 lbs and manage more than 60 lbs**
