The Room Service Server is responsible for taking and delivering customer's In-Room food and drink orders serve food and beverages prepare itemized checks and accept payments providing the highest quality service while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hours of operation.

 El Mesero de Room Service es responsable de tomar y entregar ordenes de comidas y bebidas En-Cuarto servir comidas y bebidas en cuarto preparar cuenta y aceptar pago ; proveer el servicio de mas alta calidad posible a los huespedes y a los meseros mientras mantiene los niveles mas altos de limpieza y saneamiento durante las horas de operacion.

Responsabilidades

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations)
• Food Handlers certification (must comply with State regulations)
• Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
• Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
• Must work well in stressful high pressure situations.

 

• Se prefiere diploma de Escuela Superior o su equivalente y / o experiencia en un hotel o campo relacionado.
• Certificacion para manejar alimentos y Certificacion para Servir alcohol (debe cumplir con requisitos del Estado)
• Tiene que poder expresar claramente informacion e ideas.
• Tiene que poder evaluar y seleccionar entre varias opciones alternativas rapida y acertadamente.
• Tiene que poder trabajar bien bajo presion.
• Tiene que poder bregar efectivamente con problemas en el trabajo incluyendo el poder anticipar evitar y resolver problemas cuando sea necesario.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Comply at all times with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
• Comply with certification requirements as applicable to position to include Alcohol Awareness Food Handlers Safety etc.
• Perform opening and closing side work according to Aimbridge Hospitality standards to ensure that guests are served promptly and efficiently.
• Serve guests with all food and beverage requirements in a warm friendly courteous and professional manner.
• Ensure that the Room Service area and Cafe wait station is kept clean and tidy.
• Follow Aimbridge Hospitality's portion control and checking procedures precisely.
• Be familiar with the operation of the P.O.S. system.
• Carry out cashiering functions in closing checks and servicing the guest.
• Follow all state liquor laws.
• Maintain a warm friendly demeanor at all times.
• Ensure that all hallways are free from service debris and that all Room Service trays are brought back to the kitchen for breakdown and bussing.
• Perform other tasks/jobs as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

 

• Cumplir en todo momento con las normas y reglamentos de Aimbridge Hospitality para alentar operaciones de trabajo seguras y eficientes.
• Cumplir con los requisitos de certificacion requeridos para la posicion incluyendo certificado para manejar alimentos certificado para servir alcohol seguridad etc.
• Llevar a cabo los deberes de abertura y cierre de acuerdo con las normas de Aimbridge Hospitaltiy para asegurar que los huespedes sean servidos pronta y eficientemente.
• Servirle a los huespedes todas las bebidas y los alimentos pedidos de manera calurosa simpatica cortes y profesional.
• Asegurar que el area de Room Service y la estacion de los meseros del Cafe se mantengan limpias y nitidas.
• Seguir precisamente los procedimientos de Aimbridge Hospitality para el control de porciones y el procesado de cuentas / cheques.
• Estar familiarizado con la operacion del Sistema Punto de Ventas (P.O.S.)
• Llevar a cabo funciones de cajero para cerrar los cheques y servir al huesped.
• Observar todas las leyes estatales sobre las bebidas alcoholicas.
• Mantener un comportamiento caluroso y simpatico en todo momento.
• Asegurar que los pasillos esten libres de escombros relacionados con el servicio y que todas las bandejas de Room Service sean regresadas a la cocina para ser desmontadas y limpiadas.
• Llevar a cabo otra tarea segun asignada por el supervisor o gerente.
