Room Service Attendant

Job Description:

• Provide prompt and courteous Room Service to guests, taking orders and delivering food and beverages to their rooms

• 
  Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner, following company standards and procedures

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Room Service area, including the pantry and storage areas

• Stock and replenish items in the Room Service menu, ensuring availability of all items at all times

• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating to management when necessary

• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling and storage of food and beverages

• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu items are prepared and presented according to company standards

• Assist with other duties as assigned by management, including assisting with in-room dining events and special requests

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or cruise ship setting

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures

• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test

• Must be able to obtain a valid passport and travel internationally
