- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Replenish amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens
- Empty trash containers and replace liners
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Manager
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times

- Floor care: Knowledge of proper floor cleaning techniques and equipment operation
- Cleaning: Ability to efficiently clean and sanitize rooms to meet high standards of cleanliness
- Industrial cleaning: Experience in cleaning large spaces such as hotels or commercial buildings
- Hotel: Understanding of hotel operations and the importance of providing exceptional guest experiences
- Custodial: Proficiency in performing custodial duties such as trash removal and restroom cleaning
