Room Attendant/Housekeeping

Hotel Angeleno is currently seeking room attendants to join our team.

We are looking for reliable and dedicated individuals to provide excellent customer service to our hotel guests. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness and sanitization of guest rooms. Duties include: changing towels, making beds and cleaning bathrooms. You will address guest requests and make sure our rooms are fully-stocked, clean and inviting at all times. Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us.

Responsibilities

• Change bed linen and make beds
• Replace used towels
• Sweep and mop floors
• Vacuum carpets
• Dust furniture
• Replenish bath care products (e.g. soap and shampoo)
• Clean public areas, like corridors and elevator landings
• Report any technical issues and maintenance needs
• Address guest requests
• Secure and turn in items left behind to lost and found.
• Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift
• Follow hotel security guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Work experience as a Room Attendant or Housekeeper is preferred
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to follow instructions
• Excellent eye for detail
• High school diploma is a plus

Pay: $20.18 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
