As a Room Attendant, you are most responsible for improving the guest cleanlinees scores. Room cleanlinees us critical, and guests will also appreciate you being friendly and helping them with special request.
-Be on time and in uniform
-Check out key and equipment
-Organize your supplies
-Clean guest rooms: bathrooms, replace towels, change and make beds, dust and disinfect, vacuum
-Say Hello to guests, see if you can assist with a request
-Follow safety satndars
-Report aerea that need maintenance
-Keep equipment in good condition and refill supplies
-Keep acurate hours
-Report any questionable activity
