Roofing, Siding & Painting Jobsite Inspector

21st Century Painting and Roofing is looking to hire a roofing, Siding & Painting inspector. Responsibilities to include monitoring crews, inspecting and walking roofs, performing minor roofing repairs, picking up material and pulling orders, checking on jobs, maintaining shop. Requirements:
You must have experience walking on roofs
Climbing ladders
Able to pull a tandem axle trailer
Good time management skills
Be able to pass a background check
Valid Texas Driver's License

Leak investigation, Roof Repairs, Coatings, Preventative Maintenance and Inspections.
This is not a sales or lead generation position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
