Job Description:

We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Team Leader to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a Sales Team to drive company revenues. You will be expected to self generate clients by going door-to-door and inspect their roof for any storm damage or loose and missing shingles. You will be in charge of building a team underneath you and will be given bonuses based on goals reached.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the Sales Team activities
• Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the Sales Team
• Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
• Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
• Report on team and individual performances
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in roof sales, customer service or related fields
• Experience as a supervisor or manager
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Strong leadership qualities
• Self-starter and self motivated
• Ability to build rapport with clients

Company Description:

Our company is a fast growing company seeking candidates that are self motivated. Experience in Roofing Sales is a plus.

Salary Range:$50,000 - $500,000

-Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Recommended Experience: 5 years sales experience

• Schedule: 8 hours shift (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

License/Certification

• Driver’s License (Required)
• Must have own transportation
