Sales representatives help customers and connect with clientele. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at lead generation, building relationships, and managing customer projects. Sales representatives are quick learners with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way, ensuring customer satisfaction with our clients.
BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY - Mission is a vortex of growth. The company itself becomes bigger year over year in every way. We value our employees and most of us have been here for quite some time. What you’ll do
- Obtain new clientele through referral sources, networking, leads, and door-to-door
- Look for qualifying damage - help customer file claim with insurance - stay in consistent communication w. customer during entire project
- Supervise your restoration projects, ensuring they are executed up to Mission Restoration’s standards
What you bring
- Your charisma and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proven experience in a sales position and executing a sales pitch
- Your strength—comfortable standing/walking for long periods of time; frequent lifting & moving
- Time-management and organizational skill
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Understanding of basic construction procedures and project management principals
- MS Office and CRM platforms
Physical Requirements
- Ability to climb up and down a ladder
- Required to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Frequently lift and/or move more than 10 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distanced vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
