Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all Roofing Sales operations and staff.
- Onboarding, training, and management of current sales team.
- Lead the recruiting effort by locating, interviewing, recruiting, and training new sales representatives.
- Provide leadership to achieve project, operational, and financial goals.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are being implemented.
- Establish performance goals and hold sales team accountable.
- Prepare and deliver weekly sales meetings.
- Track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
- Develop and manage sales contests and incentives .
- Work directly with Marketing Manager executing sales and marketing strategy, including digital marketing strategy.
- Communication liaison between upper management and department staff regarding sales quotas and overall company performance.
- Develop relationships with Realtors, Insurance Agents, HOA management companies and participate in community activities beneficial to business development.
- Assist in implementation of new product offerings.
- Minimum 3 years Roofing Sales experience.
- Strong understanding of the roofing insurance-restoration industry, including experience with Xactimate, roofing software, and insurance settlement negotiations.
- Strong track record of accomplishment and promotion.
- Highly personable with the ability to quickly build relationships.
- Very organized and efficient with time management.
- Ability to set ladders and climb roofs
- Minimum education level of high school diploma/GED (2-year college degree or higher strongly preferred but not required)
- Base salary.
- Commission on personal sales.
- Override on roofing team sales.
- Eligible for sales team bonuses.
- Use of company vehicle.
- Gas allowance.
- Successful candidate should anticipate compensation of $100k to $200k+ per calendar year.
