Roofing Canvasser

21 Roofing Group is looking for a motivated and outgoing Roofing Canvasser to join our team!

This position requires effective sales and marketing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to convey the benefits of our company's roofing & gutter services to potential customers.

• $15-$20 per hour
• $25-$50 per scheduled/confirmed appointment

Canvasser/Appointment Setter Responsibilities:

• Door to door within targeted neighborhood generating new business leads with residents
• Upload data into company database
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their roofing needs and answer any inquiries they may have.
• Educate clients about the company's roofing & gutter services, including materials, techniques, warranties, and pricing.
• Stay updated on industry developments, new roofing materials, and construction techniques to provide clients with current and relevant information.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in sales or marketing is a plus).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for lead tracking and reporting.
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) a bonus!!

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk, stand, and engage in door-to-door canvassing for extended periods.
• Comfort with outdoor work and various weather conditions.
• May require lifting and carrying marketing materials.
