- Perform in-field multi-family, residential, and commercial building repairs and inspections as assigned.
- Collaborate with Service Director to develop and implement standard operating procedures, best practices, and performance metrics for the service department.
- Assign tasks and projects to technicians based on their skills and expertise, ensuring optimal resource allocation and efficient workflow.
- Assist technicians in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Service Director to address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders and customer interactions.
