Job Description: We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Roofing Helper. This position will involve assisting our roofing crew with various tasks related to roof installation, repair, and maintenance. The ideal candidate should not be afraid of working at heights and must be willing to travel up to 80% of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the installation and repair of roofs. Carrying materials to and from the work area. Operating and maintaining tools and equipment. Following safety protocols and guidelines at all times. Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. Willingness to travel extensively. Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects. Previous experience in roofing or construction is preferred but not required. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Compensation:

• Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 per year. Benefits package available after 90 days
