Foreman qualifications require a minimum of 5 years experience in roof installation, must be proficient in shingles, tile and single ply roofing systems with the ability to lead a job from start to finish. The ability to recognize materials required for you to finish the job on time, on budget, and with all safety requirements.

Must work well with a team and understand how their work contributes to our customers overall satisfaction.

Actual salary/pay is commensurate to experience and scale level.

Duties:

Working on low-slope and/or steep-slope roofs.

Covering roofs of structures with Asphalt Shingles, Tile, Torch Down, TPO and PVC.

Installing insulation on the roof decks of flat roofs.

Removing debris from roofs prior to applying roofing materials.

High standard of integrity and professionalism.

Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety regulations (OSHA).

Maintain professional interaction with all customers.

Will perform other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

5 years of roofing experience.

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly, repeated bending, climbing, kneeling.

Must be able to climb a 28’ ladder.

Must be able to work often in extreme heat.

Must work well in a team environment.

Have all necessary personal tools.

Must have:

Transportation and tools for the position.

Strong Work Ethic.

Reliable and show up to work every day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
