```Duties```
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales or account management
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Strong business development mindset
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly

Pay: $91,587.00 - $101,861.00 per year
