AddressPrimary Duties: To escort contractors on roof and supervise the contractors as they work.
• Opening roof access to contractors.
• Opening electrical rooms to contractors.
• Maintaining the roof clean, making sure trash after the contractors are picked up, leaves and dirt are being swept from gutters and drains
• Makes sure that the stair wells are maintained cleaned.
The Roofer is responsible for the janitorial work in an assigned area. . The duties and responsibilities of this job may be changed and/or additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time, at the Maintenance of America's (Company's)
discretion. The Company's policy requiring regular attendance at work also applies to this job position. This job description will be reviewed periodically by the Company and may be revised at the Company's discretion.
Monday - Friday rotating Saturdays
9 - 6 pm shift or 8 - 5 pm shift available
