JR & Co. is looking for Entry-level and Experienced Roof Crew Members (FT) to join our growing team. Are you hard working and have a basic knowledge or experience in roofing? Do you enjoy working as part of a team to finish projects? This may be the position for you!

What would I be doing?
- Help set-up, maintain, and clean-up project sites
- Ensure safe work practices and compliance with OSHA at all times, reporting safety concerns
- Efficiently measure & cut project materials, install various roofing materials constructing a weatherproof roof for our customers
- Demonstrate great time-management skills, reliability, and punctuality, meet project deadlines
- Properly manage all assigned tools, equipment, and material
What do I need?
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of experience in roofing (preferred)
- OSHA 10-hour training (minimum) - (or be willing to obtain if offered a position)
- Must be able to obtain security clearance on federal job sites
- Ability to follow directions and pay attention to details
- Pass initial drug test and participate in random drug test program
- Eligible to work in the United States
