Rollback Driver

Doss Towing is looking for an individual to join our team in that lives in Winston Salem or that can respond to any accident in the City of Winston Salem within 30 minutes.

Individuals with the following attributes may be considered:

High School Diploma, Experience operating tow trucks to include Wreckers or Rollbacks, Experience hauling and binding down equipment.

Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a valid drivers license.

Applicant is responsible for the care of automotive vehicles while in their custody; responsible for using the proper techniques to tow a vehicle and haul equipment; responsible for being knowledgeable as well as following all applicable state and federal laws that govern the performance of your duties. Drives tow-truck to move motor vehicles damaged by accident, stalled, or ticketed by police for traffic violation. Receives calls by dispatch for repair shops, customers, local police department, and highway patrol.

Applicant must have a flexible schedule willing to work day, night, weekends, & possible holidays.

Qualified candidates must have the following:

• Rollback/Wrecker Experience
• Possess a valid Driver's License (Commercial preferred but not required)
• Maintain a good driving record
• Meets insurance requirements
• Pass drug testing and subsequent random testing
• Pass Background check
• Ability to analyze situations, solve problems, & have attention to detail
• Must be honest and have a good attitude
• Must be a team player and willing to contribute to shop duties and company expectations.
