1st shift Roll Thread Operator
Roll Thread Operator – Minimum 5 years experience.
run a Warren, a Hartford, and a Saspi.
- Perform set-ups and fill hoppers as needed throughout the day.
- Unjam rails as necessary.
- Retrieve blanks from Roll thread hold area as needed.
- Parts are to be visually checked and/or gaged using go/no go thread ring gages and/or variable Tri-Roll Gage before parts are dumped from catch pan
- When a pan is ¾ full, a Pan Ticket is filled out and placed in top pan of completed stack of parts, tub, or bin box.
- Before shift end, all parts are to be weighed and returned to machine to determine daily production.
- At the end of each job machine is to be cleaned and free from all foreign material
