Responsibilities
IGT Human Resources (P&T) organization is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support our Robotics Process Automation efforts and driving digital transformation. This is a newly created role that will work with the HR Center of Expertise (COEs) to identify, develop, and maintain automations in the HR operations and measure progress via a variety of key performance indicators (KPIs). In addition, this role will also oversee and research HR technology capabilities.
Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, process analyst, and team members to assess current business processes and identify opportunities for Process Automation
  • Understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution
  • Conduct analyses of varying complexity, HR, Payroll and related business data and processes with emphasis on identifying trends, determining root cause of problems and determining solutions to manage them to drive effective business decisions
  • Plan and document process changes within business units to facilitate automated processing, improving efficiencies and quality metrics
  • Prepare and maintain accurate, detailed process documentation, including business and technical requirements, error handling, and exception procedures
  • Assist with all stages of Process Automation implementation to improve the quality, accuracy, and thoroughness of each process
  • Develop RPA processes using Blue Prism technology based on defined business and functional requirements
  • Coordinate integrated quality assurance and user acceptance testing
  • Provide accurate and timely process status updates and documentation estimates
  • Implement and configure programs, scripts and objects that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
  • Support existing automations/processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process
  • Problem-solve issues that arise in day to day running of robotic processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required
  • Learn and utilize exciting new technologies and how they integrate
  • Coordinate the design, development and implementation of analytical tools, technology and business solutions that improve HR and business decisions and that drive operational efficiency.
  • Design and develop dashboards, reports, presentations and visual aids designed to educate, inform and influence the decisions of HR clients and business leaders

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master of Science preferred in robotics related field (e.g. computer science, mechanical engineering, etc.)
  • 3+ years of professional/technical work experience required
  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation tools, automation (Blue Prism preferred), and/or process improvement efforts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, as well as other software programs and databases.
  • Understanding of software development principles, error handling methodologies and troubleshooting techniques
  • Excellent communication, written and documentation skills; Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization including executive presentations

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $36,500 - $100,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
