We are growing and looking to hire a "ROAMING" Food Cart Operator to oversee and manage the Food Cart's daily operations. This position requires flexibility to work between the 3 Locations in Enterprise and Dothan. Ultimately, the goal is to transition to your own Food Cart.
"ROAMING" Food Cart Operator responsibilities include managing the food production, preparation and service at their respective location. To be successful in this role, you should be able to manage staff, coordinate food orders and maintain a high level of quality and cleanliness. Ultimately, you will ensure your Food Cart runs smoothly and effectively all day, every day.
We know many Food Service candidates will not have "actual" Food Cart experience - No worries, we will train you!
Requirements:

Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the food service department
- Supervise and train staff members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish as needed
- Oversee food presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
Skills:
- Proven experience in food service management or a related role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations effectively
- Proficient in kitchen management software and POS systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Schedule:
Tuesday through Saturday 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Compensation & Benefits:
- $10-$15/hour D.O.E.
