Road Mechanic

We are currently seeking a Road Mechanic at our Allentown, PA location. If you are looking for a unique experience working for an industry leading dealership and rental organization, we want to speak with you!

Our Road Service Technicians provide mobile service to Lehigh and surrounding counties and are supplied with cell phones, laptops, vehicles, fuel, and other items necessary for successfully performing off location.

Job Overview:

• Troubleshoot, repair, service, inspect, and maintain a variety of construction, landscape, heavy, aerial, industrial, agricultural, and fleet equipment.
• Some on-call responsibilities may apply.
• Full-time position with excellent benefits and competitive compensation. 40-50 hours per week and 1 Saturday a month.
• Best Line has on-line and factory training benefits as well.

Requirements:

• Must possess strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, computer skills, and strong electrical and mechanical abilities.
• Beneficial experience would include welding/fabrication, DC electrical, hydraulic, combustion, and associated skill sets.
• Ability to work with computers, schematics, repair manuals and warranty claims is an advantage.
• A high school diploma or equivalent industry experience will qualify.

Estimated annual compensation: $80,000 - $100,000+ (dependent on experience)
