RNs will be responsible for adhering to clinical team workflows and performing daily staff nursing activities. This includes day-to-day patient activities such as phone and in-person patient triage and patient education.
The RN will collaborate with Providers and the Center Manager to identify opportunities for improving clinical performance of back-office personnel and functions.
They will develop, implement, and monitor the effectiveness of performance improvement activities.
The RN will also oversee clinical quality and patient safety through training and education of back-office personnel and administrative staff.
Effective communication skills are essential, including motivating and engaging colleagues around common goals.
Ensuring adherence to clinical processes, policies, and procedures within the center is a key responsibility.

Competitive Salary: Compensation ranges from $82,000 to $92,000, plus a 7% bonus.
Requirements:
AA/AS degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
A valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona.
A minimum of 5 years of direct nursing/medical work experience is required.
BLS certification for healthcare providers is required.
Proficient PC skills.
Experience working in a community-based clinic, public health department, or specialization with the senior population is preferred.
