LPN $3,500/ RN $5,000(Paid out quarterly over 1 year for full time)

Old Southwest Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN/LPN Weekend Baylor (Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse).
Pay and Compensation: You will earn competitive pay.

Responsibilities of the RN/LPN Weekend Baylor:
- Observe and manage the resident’s health according to individual needs.
- Administer nursing care in a nursing home environment.
- Provide routine care, ensure comfort, and report any changes in resident health and behavior.
- Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
- Administer medications and injections, provide wound care, perform standard diagnostic procedures, and collect and prepare specimens.
- Other special projects and duties, as assigned.
Requirements of the RN/LPN Weekend Baylor:
- Current LPN or RN license in the state of Virginia.
- Must have a current/active CPR certification.
- Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
- Ability to lift fifty (50) or more pounds.
- Able to stand and/or walk for more than four (4) hours per day.
- Able to bend and/or stoop for more than one (1) hour at a time.
