RN/LPN - Private Duty - Days - $500 Bonus- Cabot

Thrive Nursing currently has an immediate opening for RN/LPN for Cabot, AR., nights. Excellent pay. This employee will provide skilled nursing care to a pediatric patient. Care is always provided in a one-on-one setting, allowing the nurse to build long lasting relationships with their clients and make a tremendous difference in their quality of lives. We desire the following skills but will train you and help you grow your nursing skills and resume.

• Assess patient, be able to perform, trach care and suctioning
• G Tube care/feeds
• Vital signs, Administer medication.
• Dress or redress open wounds and assess progress of healing.
• Educate patients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Physicians
• Palliative care.
• Make recommendations that might improve the patient’s quality of life.
• Listen and respond to concerns or requests.
• Other duties prescribed by physician and on clients care plan.

Qualifications:

• Active Arkansas nursing license in good standing
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Compassionate and friendly demeanor
• Complies with accepted professional standards and principles.
• Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
