RN/LPN - Offering PRN & Part-Time Positions

Our Residential team is looking for an RN or LPN to work in an individualized supported living (ISL) location where the ratio is 1:1.

Some of your responsibilities would include:

• Monitoring the application of all physicians’ orders including but not limited to treatments, procedures, labs, appointments, specialized diets, and adaptive equipment for each person served.
• Observing, reporting, and assisting in recording changes in the physical, emotional, and behavioral status of persons served and documenting progress on the outcomes listed in personal plans.
• Assisting in providing basic health care for persons served; taking temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration, and applying simple dressings when necessary. Providing more advanced medical care as medically necessary, or as instructed by Physician and/or RN Program Supervisor

Minimum Experience Required:

• Active RN or LPN license in the State of MO.
• One-year experience providing medical care & treatment and habilitation in the human service field.
• Experience in the provision of medical care and treatment and habilitation to individuals who have other developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Has demonstrated abilities to motivate and supervise others.
