We are seeking an experienced nurse to care for this young boy in his home in Perth Amboy, NJ.
Patient: 4 Year old Male
Location: Perth Amboy, NJ
Equipment/Care: Trach care, Gtube management (feedings, med.admin.), assist with ADLs and assist family with needs; doctor's appointments etc.
This is a great case for a loving nurse to get 1:1 patient experience as well as trach management and Gtube management experience.
Shifts available:
- All shifts available - Monday through Friday 7a-7p

- NJ Nursing License – NEW Graduates Welcomed!
