Salary: Start at $85k

Service Area: Multiple Cities in a Regional Assignment

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, Weekend Rotation (Every 4th Weekend)

The RN Visit Nurse is responsible to plan, organize and direct home care services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.

Qualifications:

• One to two years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting. One year of Home Health care experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service/direct member contact field preferred
• Experience supervising caregivers
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Minnesota Nursing License
• Must pass a MVR check based on Lifespark company policy
