We’re part of WesleyLife’s robust network of at-home services, a continuum of care that helps older adults remain independent at home.
As a nurse with WesleyLife at Home, you’ll receive the onboarding and training you’ll need to quickly become a successful part of the team. Our case manager caseloads are around 35 clients, and our Visit Nurses and home care aides help manage those caseloads. You’ll work a full day, but the number of clients you’ll see in a given day will depend on the amount of travel necessary. The pay range for this position is $30.34 - $37.93 / hour. Starting pay rate will be based on years of experience. Including the following benefits of our total rewards package:

As an RN Visit Nurse for our Home Health team, you will:
- Travels to complete visits for each assignment
- Meet daily productivity expectations set by the Home Health Clinical Manager based on patient acuity
- Complete documentation within expected timelines
- Coordinate care and communicate with the Home Health team
