Summary:
The Transfer Center - Patient/Bed Management RN is responsible to coordinate/inpatient bed assignments for critical care patients at Presbyterian. The Transfer Center - Patient/Bed Management RN coordinates, prioritizes, and optimizes patient flow activities throughout the hospital network, as well as coordinates and facilitates the patients entry into Presbyterian from other health care facilities.
