Location: Olathe KS Job Discription: 300-bed acute care hospital facility, that is currently seeking a RN for their Cardiac Telemetry team. -RN ratio is 4-5:1 -CNA/PCT support this team We are seeking a RN with the following experience: -Post-op cardiac procedures -TR Band care and interventions -Acute chest pain -Cardiac drips, Heparin drips -Ability to measure and interpret a telemetry rhythm -Team nursing approach Our Cardiac Telemetry unit is made of 59 beds, over 3 units on one floor. The team is supported by a Nurse Manager, Unit Based Educator, Unit Coordinator (Charge RN) out of staffing and Patient Care Techs (CNAs). Desired Start Date: ASAP Length of Assignment: 13 Hours per Week : 36 Shift and Time: 12hr Nights; 1845-0715 Weekend Rotation: Required On-call Requirements: None Holidays Requirements: Required based on unit needs Floating Requirements: Will float to all acute care units Experience Required: Minimum 2 years recent Telemetry experience in the last 18 months in a Hospital setting, Must have a minimum of 1 year travel exp. License Required: KS RN or Compact RN License Certificates Required : BLS & ACLS
