Part Time Long Term Care Supervisor

Shift will be Evenings and every other weekend. More details to be discussed in interview.

Requirements:

• 2 years of RN experience (REQUIRED)
• 2 years of RN Supervisor experience (REQUIRED)
• 2 years of LTC/SNF experience (REQUIRED)
• Active New York License (REQUIRED)
• Covid vaccination record (REQUIRED)

Required Certifications:

• AHA BLS
• AHA ACLS

• (Local) $ 90/hour -W2 or $95/hour (1099)
• (Travel) $95/hour -W2 or $100/hour (1099)
