Job Title: Registered Nurse Supervisor

$50/HR--24HRS=$1200/Week*8HR Shift* (7am-7:30pm) *5 Week Contract (Sat,Sun)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of registered nurses and nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Oversee patient care and coordinate nursing activities.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to nursing staff.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Handle staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Address patient and family concerns.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
