```Overview```
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our team. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our nursing staff. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
```Duties```
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with established standards and protocols
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, assisting with complex patient cases and ensuring adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate medical records
- Oversee the sterile processing of medical equipment and supplies
- Assist with discharge planning and coordination of post-hospital care
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Current state nursing license
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with experience in children, senior care, home care, or hospital settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical records standards and procedures
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Comprehensive understanding of physiology and medical terminology
- Familiarity with sterile processing techniques
