Duties:
- Provide direct patient care and oversee the nursing staff
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license (RN or LPN)
- Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience
- Strong knowledge and experience in ostomy care, pain management, dementia care, esthetic laser treatment, ambulatory surgery center procedures, IV insertion, and inhalation therapy
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems such as Cerner
- Familiarity with ICD-9 coding system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergency situations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
