Duties
- Providing patient-centered care to the Spinal Cord injured, multiple sclerosis (MS), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) veteran.
- Documenting thorough skin assessments, including complex wound dressing changes.
- Using bar code medication administration (BCMA) to provide safe medication administration.
- Identifying and analyzing problems which effect/impede patient care and initiating their resolution.
- Using effective communication skills with individuals and groups to achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements
- 2 Years direct patient care experience
- A current License in at least one (1) state, territory, or commonwealth in the U.S. or the District of Columbia.
- American Heart Association BLS and ACLS is required
