RN New Grad Residency Program at Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center will start on 07/10/2023.

We are accepting New Grad applications in the following departments: L&D, OB, Med Surg, Oncology, Telemetry, DOU, ED, ICU and Rehab

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Director, this position is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and providing high quality, individualized patient care using the components of the nursing process.


New Grad RN Position Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited Nursing Education Program with no previous RN experience.
  • Must have BLS Healthcare Provider Certification (American Heart Association).
  • Must have ACLS (American Heart Association) - Telemetry, DOU, GI, OR and L&D.
  • Must have PALS (American Heart Association) - OR
  • Must have Basic Dysrhythmia Certification - Telemetry, DOU, GI, OR and L&D.
  • Must have NIHSS (Stroke Certification) at a minimum group A - Telemetry, and DOU.
  • Must be able to commit to a full-time New Grad position, including required workshop attendance for the first year
