Job Summary: The Full-Time Evening RN Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and supervision during the evening shift in our long-term care facility. This position involves coordinating and overseeing nursing activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The RN Supervisor will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, manage staffing, and contribute to the overall well-being of residents.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Supervision:
- Provide leadership to nursing staff during the evening shift.
- Oversee the delivery of patient care and ensure adherence to established protocols.
- Address staffing needs and make necessary adjustments.
Patient Care:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for residents.
- Monitor residents' health and well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
Staffing:
- Participate in the staffing process, including scheduling and assignment of duties.
- Address staffing issues and make adjustments as needed.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate important information.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular assessments of the quality of care and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve issues.
Communication:
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Document and maintain accurate records of patient care and other relevant information.
Emergency Response:
- Be prepared to handle emergencies and unexpected situations.
- Provide leadership during crisis situations and ensure the safety of residents and staff.
Training and Development:
- Provide training and orientation for new staff.
- Facilitate ongoing education and professional development for nursing staff.
Compliance:
- Stay informed about changes in healthcare laws and regulations.
- Ensure staff compliance with all applicable regulations.
Quality Improvement:
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care.
- Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments, such as social services, rehabilitation services, and dietary, to provide comprehensive care.
Conflict Resolution:
- Address conflicts and concerns among staff members and work towards resolution.

Qualifications: valid RN license in the state of New Jersey, CPR certification, Previous experience in long-term care or a related healthcare setting,
