Responsibilities of a RN:

• Provide the highest quality of patient care to our resident.
• Inform yourself of each individual care plan to provide optimal health care.
• Prepare, administer, and document medications as prescribe.
• Assist new admissions with feeling welcome at Stafholt Health and Rehab!

• Work with staff to ensure successful flow and support for each other.
• Stay in communication with team-members about updates or changes to patients to ensure accurate, up-to-date, health plan for each of our residents. Complete nursing documentation as needed.
• Be attentive to patient needs and requests.

KNOWLEDGE to obtain: The powers that come from the brain...

• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Current valid RN license in the state employed.
• Valid CPR certification.
