Recruit Secure is collaborating with a growing for-profit Healthcare organization that is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and energetic Regional RN Clinical Directorfor direct hire. The company provides Nurse- Practitioners with expertise in Wound Care to Skilled Nursing homesin Florida. The company is currently supporting (10) Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF). The Director can manage the team from an office in New Jersey or remotely.
The Regional Clinical Director will be responsible for the leadership and oversight of the Nurse Practitioners who are supporting these Nursing Homes. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in staff leadership, quality improvement programs, planning, and clinical program development and implementation. The Regional Clinical Director should have a solid understanding of clinical operations in the healthcare industry and specifically, with long-term care facilities. Experience with wound care treatment protocols is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• The RN Regional Clinical Director is responsible for supporting the Nurse Practitioners in the region.
• Assists in hiring, training, and mentoring Nurse- Practitioners.
• Oversees the operational efficiency and quality of clinical services provided to each facility.

• Oversight and monitoring of best practices and Standards of Care outcomes, safety, and risk management
• Ensures compliance with all State, Federal, and corporate regulations, policies, and procedures.

• BS or BA in Nursing - strongly preferred
• 4- 5 years of experience in a direct management or supervisory role is required.
• Prior experience with training and establishing and overseeing care plans.
• Familiarity with Skilled Nursing Homes is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to deal effectively with diverse skill sets and personalities.
• Highly organized with a proven ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and manage several projects at one time.
