- Candidate must have BSN. LD requires 3 years of experience.
- 1 year direct experience required; Illinois license must be in hand. NO emergency and NO pending accepted.
- Candidate must have BSN
- Must include license, skills checklist, 2 references - one from a Supervisor/Manager/Charge RN within the last year in order to submit.
- BLS (and ACLS if required) MUST be through AHA.
- Include vaccination status with submittal
