RN QAPI FT Mon-Fri days 8 hr shifts ($31.70-$58.00)

Job Summary

1. Understand who our customers are and what our customers expect of us.
2. Be the first to respond to any customer request or need.
3. Support other members of the work team in meeting customer needs.
4. Be accountable for the technical and behavioral competencies of the job.

• Coordinate all clinical record/care review activities.
• Coordinate the collection/aggregation/analysis and reporting of all clinical audit findings.
• Assist in Staff development/supervision.
• Coordinate activities related to assuring clinical competency.

• Assist in planning and rollout of PM/PI efforts related to data analysis.

Licensure
Must have a current License as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Licensure Compact (Multi State Licensure) , Physical Therapist, Medical Social Worker
- OR -
Must have a current National Certification for Occupational Therapist - OR Must have Certification as a Speech Language Pathologist - OR Must have education training appropriate for Physical Therapy Assistant or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Associate degree or Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience

• Home Health experience required and supervisory experience preferred.
• If the job requires driving for Parkview, the employee must have a current Colorado driver's license, may need to be 21, and may need to submit proof of insurance coverage.
