2-10 pm Monday -Friday Shift (Every Weekend off!!!)
10pm-6am 4 days on 2 off

The Charge Nurse will communicate and enforce policies and procedures to maintain order in the nursing home. The Charge Nurse is responsible for delegating and prioritizing patient care responsibilities to other members of the nursing staff, and must ensure that all patients are receiving the appropriate level of care. Must have valid Texas LVN or RN license in good standing.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise care on assigned unit.
- Provide patient-centered care.
- Administer physician ordered treatment and medications to residents.
- Follow nursing plans of care.
- Organize and monitor staff assignments.
- Train and orientate new team members as necessary
- Document Care provided via EMR system
- Shift Differential
