We seek a nurse with a history of working with seniors: preferably with knowledge of case management and care coordination. This is a Per Diem position with a potential for increased hours and caseload in the future. Experience with senior living facilities, home care, or Dementia care are also highly desirable. Must be able to travel within one's local area to visit clients. Great opportunity for an entrepreneurial Nurse looking to work independently and creating a schedule that works for you.
