Rn Or Lpn Private Duty Nurse Contract

Nestcare Private Duty is looking for a dependable, empathetic, and compassionate LPN/RN to add to our Private Duty team for a Private Duty skilled nursing with a 1:1 client. This is a skilled nursing client who needs care Thurs, Fri, Saturday from 7a-7p. This is a contract assignment with a specific time frame during April-June. Dependability is a MUST. Experience with G tube is also needed.

What kind of work would I do?

Nestcare is looking for an RN or LPN for a Private Duty position for a short term contract assignment. You will work 1:1 with the same client. No more waiting for an open shift to pop up. This will include providing:

• Direct nursing care as ordered by the physician, such as orders for medication and/or treatment
• Observation and reporting of changes in condition
• ADLs such as
• Bathing/Grooming
• Dressing
• Feeding/Meal Preparation
• Medication administration
• G tube care
• Tracheostomy care
• Oral Suction
• Transfers
• Documentation

What qualifications do I need?

• Current Level 2 Background Screening*
• Physical and TB test (completed within the last 6 months)*
• Current CPR certification
• Current LPN/RN license in the State of Florida
