Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the operating room setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Monitor patients' vital signs and anesthesia administration during surgery
- Assist with surgical procedures by passing instruments and supplies to the surgeon
- Maintain a sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols
- Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records
- Educate patients and their families about preoperative and postoperative care
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an operating room setting
- Experience in Orthopedic procedures and Sport's Medicine procedures.
-Experience in Total Joints Arthroplasty and Arthroscopic cases is a plus.
-Korean speaking is a plus but is not require.
