RN Nursing Administrator

A medical services network in New York City is currently seeking a Cantonese or Mandarin-speaking, licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team in Manhattan as a Nurse Administrator.
About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: Standard business
• Setting: Medical Operations Dept.

Responsibilities:
The Nurse Administrator will be responsible for:

• Developing day-to-day management and long-term planning strategies
• Supervising and training Nurses and Medical Assistants on clinical procedures, clinical operations, patient care quality, etc.
• Collaborating with Physicians and the Healthcare team and providing support for patients, caregivers, and families
• Becoming a value-based care (VBC) expert and identifying best practices for nurses in VBC efforts
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Clinical experience in the Primary Care setting
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Bilingual (English and Cantonese or Mandarin)
• Solid analytical and instructional skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Previous experience in a Supervisory role
• Knowledge and clinical experience regarding Patient Safety, Infection Control, Vaccine Storage, and NCQAs Patient Centered Medical Home standards
