Position Details:
PED Patient
·Acuity Level: G-tube
·Location: Tempe (85281)
·Schedule: Thursday, Friday, and Sunday, 7a-3p (DAY SHIFTS)
About case: Patient is an pediatric female who is needing help 3 days a week. These are 8 hour shifts, The patient has a g-tube.This family is an amazing and a kind family to work with. There is a lot of flexibility when it comes to working for Maxim Healthcare Service's!
(We offer training for these skills if you do not have experience!)
Responsibilities:
- Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
- Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psycho-social changes in the patient’s condition
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
- Other Registered Nurse (RN) duties as assigned
