Join ourdedicated team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and be at the forefront ofcoordinating exceptional patient care to adult and pediatric patients. Yourexpertise will be pivotal in providing comprehensive medical, surgical,outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care on the dynamic adult andpediatric Med/Surg unit. Collaborate with a talented group of professionals andlead them to meet the unique needs of our diverse patient population, all whileutilizing the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions.

Weprioritize holistic care, ensuring that patients' age, physiological,spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs are met with compassion andproficiency. You will be accountable to the Unit Director and work closely withthe Clinical Coordinator and/or Nursing Supervisor during your shift, fosteringa collaborative and supportive environment.

To join ourteam, we require a minimum of three years' acute care experience, withpreference given to candidates with Meditech familiarity. Possessing a currentVermont RN or multi state licensure and BCLS certification is essential, whileACLS certification is highly desired.
