Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership to the Pediatrics, PICU, and NICU teams and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective patient care delivery.
- Ensure the implementation of evidence-based practices and adherence to established clinical protocols.
- Recruit, train, and supervise nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Manage departmental budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet patient care needs.
- Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Current RN License in New York
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in pediatric nursing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
